Facade Work – Osnabrück District Hall / Comprehensive Building Renovation And Modernization (1St Ba) - Facade Cladding (Ve 1.313). For The Osnabrück District Center, Which Was Built In The Early 1980S, It Was Determined That The Building Needed To Be Extensively Renovated, Resulting From Changed Requirements For The Building Or Changed Legal Framework Conditions And Regulations. The Osnabrück District Is Therefore Planning A Comprehensive Renovation And Modernization Of Its District Headquarters. The Implementation Of This Construction Measure Is Divided Into Four Construction Phases And Is Carried Out At Different Times. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Work On The Facade Cladding Required For The First Construction Phase. Implementation Is Expected To Begin In February 2026. The Main Services Are: * Replace Approx. 80 M2 Of Damaged Facade Stones * Recreate Approx. 75 M2 Of Facing Masonry * Renew, Clean And Impregnate Approx. 1,530 M2 Of Facing Masonry Joints * Approx Year * Total Number Of Employees: At Least 12 * Reference Projects: At Least One Completed Reference Project On An Object With Facade Work With Facing Masonry Or Prefabricated Concrete Parts With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 500,000 (Net) As Well As At Least Two Completed Reference Projects With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 250,000 (Net).
