Data Management Services – Nasira+ Onboarding Services. Through This Tender, Fmo Will Procure Onboarding Consultancy Services Supporting The Monitoring And Reporting Of The Envisaged Usd 1 Bln Nasira+ Portfolio Guarantee Program (Classified As A Sme Synthetic Securitization Program). The Services Will Be Required During The Origination Phase Of The Nasira+ Program, Which Is Expected For Around 60 Months And Around 45 Beneficiaries (Financial Institutions In Emerging Markets). The Main Goal Is To Support And Guide Beneficiaries Of The Portfolio Guarantee Towards Successful Data Exchange Through Fmo’S Data Platform And Ensure They Understand And Adopt The Contractual Governing Principles To Effectively Manage The Risk Sharing Facility. The Contractor Will Advise The Beneficiary In Creating A Robust Portfolio Selection And Reporting Set-Up That Enables The Beneficiary To Select The Eligible Loan Portfolio In Accordance With The Contracting Principles Of The Guarantee Agreement And Accurately And Sufficiently Report On The Eligible Covered Portfolio (Including Loan And Borrower Level Information) For The Purpose Of Administration Of The Nasira+ Portfolio Guarantee.
