The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Supervision Of The Installation Of A Fiber Optic Extraction Tower With A High-Temperature Furnace, A Preform Feeding System, A Circular Fiber Winch For The Fiber Collection System, And A Control System For Feeding, Integrating And Processing Data From Individual Functional Units - Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Requirements And Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In [Appendix No. 1 To The Swz], Which Is Also A Description Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract (The Subject Matter Of Evidence). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request Clarification Of The Content Of Annex 1 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Features Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract In Order To Identify It, In Accordance With The Table In [Appendix No. 1 To The Swz]. 4. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And Meet The Described Requirements. Failure To Meet At Least One Of The Minimum Required Parameters Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. Detailed Regulations In The Order Documents. 5. Deadline For Order Completion: Maximum Until June 30, 2026. The Indicated Starting Date Of The Contract Is Completed Due To The Mandatory Field In The Announcement.
