Electronic Warfare Systems And Counter Measures – Delivery And Implementation Of A Mobile System For Detecting And Neutralizing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Uavs). Description: 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Implementation Of A Mobile System For Detecting And Neutralizing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Uavs). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of The Base Vehicle Is Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of The Installation And System For Detecting And Neutralizing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Uavs) Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. Warranty Conditions: 4.1. The Required Minimum Warranty Period For The Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Components Of The Vehicle On Which The Body Was Built Is 24 Months With No Mileage Limit. 4.2. The Required Minimum Warranty Period For The Paintwork Of The Vehicle On Which The Bodywork Was Made Is 24 Months. 4.3. The Required Warranty Period For Perforation Of Body Parts Of The Vehicle On Which The Bodywork Was Made Is 72 Months. 4.4. The Required Minimum Warranty Period For The Structure And Equipment, Including The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (Uav) Detection And Neutralization System, Is 24 Months. 4.5. The Beginning Of The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order. 4.6. The Command And Control Software (Hereinafter: C2 Software) Must Be Updated At Least Once A Quarter. Conditions Of Participation In The Procedure: 1. Contractors May Apply For The Award Of The Contract If: 1.1. Are Not Subject To Exclusion, 1.2. Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, If They Are Specified. 2. Pursuant To Art. 112 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Specifies The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure Regarding: 2.1. Ability To Participate In Business Transactions - The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Any Condition For Participation In The Procedure In This Respect; 2.2. Authorizations To Conduct Specific Business Or Professional Activities, Provided That This Results From Separate Regulations - The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Any Condition For Participation In The Proceedings In This Respect; 2.3. Economic Or Financial Situation - The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Contractor Meets The Condition Regarding Economic Situation If The Contractor Demonstrates That He Has: 2.3.1. Financial Resources Or Creditworthiness In An Amount Not Less Than Pln 2,500,000.00 (In Words: Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Zlotys); 2.3.2. Appropriate Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Sum Not Less Than: Pln 2,500,000.00 (In Words: Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Zlotys). In The Case Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract, The Condition Regarding The Economic Situation Described In Point 1.2.3. Can Be Met Jointly By All Contractors. However, Any Of The Conditions Described In Paragraph 1.2.3.1. And 1.2.3.2. Must Be Met In Full By At Least One Of The Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Summing Or Dividing The Amounts Between Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of The Contract In Relation To The Condition Described Respectively In
