In Application Of Article L2113-11 Of The Ccp, The Choice Not To Allocate This Contract Is Justified On The Grounds That The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services: In Fact, It Concerns The Relaunch Of Lot 2_Production And Execution Of Graphic Communication Supports From Consultation 2025-0442_Production Of Creative Communication Campaigns And Production Of Communication Supports, This Lot Having Been Declared Without Further Action. The Terms And Conditions For Issuing Purchase Orders Appear In The Specifications Serving As An Act Of Commitment. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Minimum Annual Amount Per Beneficiary Of 3,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And For A Maximum Annual Amount Of 100,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Minimum Amounts Shown Above Are Guaranteed For Each Holder Over Each Annual Period. However, The Orders Will Be Distributed In A Balanced Manner Between The Successful Recipients As Mentioned In Article 6.4 Of The Ccap. It Is Not Planned To Break It Down Into Sections
