And R. 3126-1 Et Seq.), And The Provisions Of The General Code Of Territorial Authorities Relating To Public Service Delegations, The Concession Contract Having As Its Object An Activity Falling Under C Of 1° Of Article L. 1212-3 Of The Order Code Public.
