The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Contractors Who Run A Business And Have Their Registered Office Or Place Of Residence In Countries Other Than Member States Of The European Union And Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The Agreement On Government Procurement Of The World Trade Organization Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party (So-Called Third Countries). An Offer Submitted By A Contractor From A Third Country Will Be Rejected. 2.
