Object Of The Assignment: This Assignment Concerns Services Provided By A Recognized External Service For Prevention And Protection At Work (Edpbw) For The Deployment Of Specialized Prevention Advisors And Experts To Support The Welfare Policy Of Ghent University, With Special Attention To The Psychosocial Welfare Policy. Explanation: Ghent University Has An Extensive Internal Service For Prevention And Protection At Work (Idpbw), Including An Internal Service For Medical Supervision And A Team Of Confidential Counselors. This Framework Agreement Aims To Strengthen The Idbpw By Deploying Flexible And Expert External Support Where Internal Expertise Or Capacity Is Insufficient, With Particular Attention To The Psychosocial Aspects Of The Work. For The Latter, The Psychosocial Aspects Of Work, Ghent University Chooses To Structurally Call On The Services Of A Prevention Advisor On Psychosocial Aspects From An External Service For Prevention And Protection At Work. For The Other Welfare Domains (Safety, Health, Ergonomics, Occupational Hygiene), A Competent External Prevention Advisor Is Deployed As Necessary And On Call. The Framework Agreement Includes The Possibility Of Using The Following Profiles And Services, Described In More Detail In Section Iii.1: 1. Prevention Advisor Psychosocial Aspects 2. Prevention Advisor Safety (Level 1 Or Level 2) 3. Prevention Advisor-Ergonomist 4. Prevention Advisor-Occupational Doctor 5. Industrial Nurse 6. Prevention Advisor-Occupational Hygienist In Addition, This Assignment Includes All Other Services That Can Be Provided By An External Service For Prevention And Protection At Work That Are Not Explicitly Are Specified But Which Would Prove Necessary At A Certain Time To Provide Ghent University With Support In The Implementation Of And Compliance With The Act Of 4 August 1996 Regarding The Well-Being Of Employees In The Performance Of Their Work (Welzijnswet) And The Codex On Well-Being At Work. During The Term Of The Framework Contract, The Service Provider Is Assigned Separate Partial Assignments, Without Guaranteeing A Minimum Number Of Files Or Hours.
