The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of 8 Pieces (Additionally 4 Pieces As An Option) Tetra Mts4 Base Stations, Complete With 3 Base Radios (3 Br) Along With Gps Antennas And Lightning Arresters. 2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Order Quantity, Under The Option Right, By 4 Pieces Of Equipment. 3. An Additional Order Under The Option Right Will Include Equipment Identical To That Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, While Maintaining The Unit Prices Included In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Order Under The Option Right Will Be Submitted To The Contractor No Later Than Within 3 Days Of Signing The Contract. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves That Exercising The Option Right Is Its Right, Not An Obligation, And Will Take Place In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. 6.
