Tenders are invited for Laboratory Consumables. Separate applications are required for each subject and all relevant and completed qualifications must be clearly presented within each application. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000/- is mandatory per application. Payment can be made to the Shroff at the Head Office, or deposited directly into the Peoples Bank, Peradeniya Account Number 057100179027275 in the name of the Director General, Department of Animal Production and Health. A photocopy of the Shroffs receipt or the original bank deposit receipt must be forwarded with the application by registered post.
