The Object Of This Tender Is The Hiring Of A Natural Or Legal Person To Carry Out The Replacement Of The Current Chiller Carrier No. 2 Unit (With Loss Of Useful Life), And Among Other Services, Recover The Refrigeration Capacities Necessary For Start-Up, Which Is Required As An Alternative In The Vitacura Civic Center Building. On The One Hand, A Project Must Be Prepared That Contains The Services And Supplies To Be Addressed, In Order To Achieve The Recovery Of The Refrigeration Capacities Of The Systems Through New Installations Or Other Maneuver Interventions, Equipment, Systems, Equipment, And Structures That Are Proposed. Therefore, The Detailed Engineering Project Must Be Prepared And, On The Other Hand, The Assemblies, Piping, Equipment, Electrical, Force And Control, Calculation Bases, Flow Diagrams, Load Charts And All Antecedents Of Supply And Improvements That, By Study, Conclude That By Installing New Equipment And Putting It Into Operation, Recovery Is Allowed Through The Replacement Of This Service, With Its Useful Technical Life Already Ended, With A Due Provision Of Reserve That Provides A Security Back Up, That Provides A Backup.
