Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Delivery And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services To The School And Kindergarten Complex And The Wróblew Commune Office As Well As A Passive Building - An Entertainment And Sports Hall

1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas For The Wróblew Commune Office And The School And Kindergarten Complex In Wróblewo, Passive Building - Entertainment And Sports Hall. The Ordering Party Established The Estimated Amount Of Gas Being The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 12 Months At Approximately 469,821 Kwh, For Gas Collection Points, In Accordance With Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended), The Civil Code And The Relevant Implementing Regulations.2) The Quality Features Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Relevant Standards, In Particular In The Polish Standard Pn-C-04750 Gas Fuels. The Above Standard Defines Established Quality Standards Relating To All Important Features Of The Gas Sold. The Quality Of The Fuel Is The Responsibility Of The Gas Distribution System Operator (Dso) In Accordance With §30 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1158, As Amended). The Rules For The Provision Of Distribution Services Are Specified In The Instruction For Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd), Approved By The Decision Of The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office (Pure). Therefore, Iriesd Sets Quality Standards Relating To All Important Features Of Gas Distribution.3) These Tender Procedures Concern The Sale And Delivery Of Natural Gas For The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.
