Cashless, Successive Refueling Of Zdp Vehicles And Machines At A 24-Hour Petrol Station Located Within The Administrative Borders Of Miechów. Expected Quantities: Diesel Oil - 38,000 L Unleaded 95 Petrol - 7,000 L1.2. The Supplied Fuel Must Meet The Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels Specified In The Act Of August 25, 2006. On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 1529) And Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1980) And The Applicable Standards At The Time Of Delivery.1.3. The Fuel Supplied By The Contractor Will Be Of The Following Types: Standard And Winter, Depending On The Season - Diesel Oil, Meeting The Standard Pn-En 590+A1:2017-06, Fuels For Motor Vehicles - Diesel Oils - Requirements And Test Methods Or The Applicable Standard At The Time Of Delivery. - Unleaded Petrol Pb95, Meeting The Standard Pn-En 228+A1:2017-06 Fuels For Motor Vehicles - Unleaded Petrol - Requirements And Test Methods Or The Applicable Standard At The Time Of Delivery.1.4. The Contractor Will Bear All Legal Consequences Resulting From The Sale Of Fuels With Parameters That Do Not Comply With The Standards And Applicable Regulations.1.5. The Place Of Delivery Will Be The Gas Station Of The Contractor Selected In The Tender Procedure. The Contractor Must Have At Least One Gas Station Located In The City Of Miechów, Open 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week.1.6. The Contractor Will Provide Cashless Refueling With A Monthly Settlement Deadline At The End Of Each Calendar Month.1.7. The Fact Of Cashless Fuel Collection Will Be Confirmed Each Time With A Handwritten Signature By A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party, On The Wz Document, Prepared By An Employee Of The Contractors Gas Station, Which Will Include The Date Of Purchase, Name And Surname Of The Person Collecting The Fuel, Quantity And Product Range, And For Which Vehicle Or Machine The Purchase Was Made.1.8. Due To The Fact That The Amount Of Fuel Supplies Depends On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, It Is Stipulated That The Amount Of Fuel Given Above Is An Estimated (Indicative) Amount Provided For The Purpose Of Calculating The Offer Price. Due To The Fact That The Amount Of Fuel Specified In The Above Point May Change, The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Paid According To Actual Amount Of Fuel Received.1.9.
