The Subject Of The Order Is The Diagnosis Of A Group Of 45 Children Under The Care Of Foster Families With Prenatal Exposure To Alcohol For The Occurrence Of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome For The Period From 2025 To 2027 As Follows: A) In 2025 - Diagnosis Of 15 Children Prenatally Exposed To Alcohol Fasd, B) In 2026 - Diagnosis Of 15 Children Prenatally Exposed To Alcohol Fasd,C) In 2027 - Diagnosis Of 15 Children Prenatally Exposed To Alcohol Fasd.2. The Aim Of Diagnosing Children Under The Care Of Foster Families Who Were Prenatally Exposed To Alcohol For The Presence Of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Is To Confirm The Presence Of Neurodevelopmental Disorders Resulting From Prenatal Exposure To Alcohol, Which Will Allow For The Implementation Of Individual, Comprehensive Therapy And Support For Children And Families That Will Improve Their Daily Functioning.3. The Contractor Must Guarantee A Psychological Office Located In The City Of Bielsko-Biała, Bielsko, Żywiec Or Cieszyn Poviat. The Premises Of A Psychological Office Must Be Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities.4. The Diagnostic Team (Specialists) Prepare An Opinion - Diagnosis, Which Should Include The Childs Data, Data From The Interview And Examination Of The Team: A Medical Doctor, Psychologist And Physiotherapist, As Well As An Assessment Of Dysmorphia, An Assessment Of The Childs Emotional Development, Recommendations For Foster Parents And Educational Institutions For Further Work With Minors To Enable Children To Function Properly.5. The Contractor Will Submit All Prepared Opinions To The Seat Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center (Ul. Karola Miarki 11, 43-300 Bielsko - Biała).
