The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental And Service Of Work Clothes For Employees Of Mpgk Sp. Z O. O. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is (As Part Of The Lump Sum Price): 1) Workwear Rental Service, Which Includes: A) Delivery (Sewing) Of Clothing For Employees, Meeting The Parameters Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Delivering It To The Ordering Party Within: - Up To 6 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract (Commencement Of The Service Service Not Earlier Than January 2, 2026). The Contractor Will Measure The Available Employees No Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. (First Delivery), At The Place Indicated At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, - Up To 10 Business Days From The Moment The Ordering Party Notifies The Contractor About The Employment Of A New Employee, Sent To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor For Contact. The Contractor Will, No Later Than 3 Days From The Date Of Notification, Take Measurements Of The Employee At The Place Indicated At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Kilińskiego 94;- Municipal Services Plant, Ul. Korczaka 16;- Municipal Roads Department, Ul. Korczaka 20;- Municipal Cemetery, Ul. Królowej Jadwigi 66; B) Rental Of Work Clothes (There Must Be Three Sets Of Clothes In Circulation - One: Used During Work, In A Clothes Locker, Dirty) In The Following Assortment: Work Sweatshirt, Waist-Length Work Trousers/Dungarees, Womens Work Trousers, T-Shirt/Shirt, Flannel Shirt, Protective Apron, C) Rental Of Work Clothes, In Circulation Two Sets Of Clothes In The Following Assortment: Jacket Insulated Sweatshirt, Winter Hat, Summer Hat, D) Delivery Of New Replacement Clothes At The Contractors Expense In The Event Of Natural Wear And Tear Or Destruction For Reasons Beyond The Ordering Partys Control, E.G. Shrinkage/Reduction In Size During Washing Provided As Part Of The Service; E) Correcting The Size Of The Clothes (Narrowing/Widening The Clothes) Or Sewing Clothes In A New Size In The Event Of Physical Changes In The Employee, No More Than Once Every 12 Months For Each Employee; 2) Service Of Rented Work Clothes, Including: A) Washing, Cleaning, Disinfection, Drying, Ironing/Smoothing, Maintenance, Etc. B) Collection And Delivery Of Clothes By The Contractors Transport And At His Expense Once A Week On A Fixed And Fixed Day, From And To The Buildings Of The Ordering Partys Plants And Sorting Them Into Employees Lockers; 3) Repair Of Damaged Clothing Rented From The Contractor, Including Activities Such As: Sewing On Buttons, Replacing Snaps, Repairing Minor Fabric Damage, Tears, Repairing Zippers, Replacing Zippers, Changing Labels, Etc. - Carried Out During The Service Referred To In Point 2.
