1) Subject Of The Order: Delivery Of 1 Type C Emergency Ambulance Adapted To Transport A Maximum Of One Patient On A Stretcher And A Three-Person Specialist/Basic Medical Rescue Team (Can Be Used As An S-Type Ambulance In Accordance With The National Health Fund Guidelines) With Equipment Including A Transport System (Stretcher And A Cardiology Chair) And A Transport Defibrillator, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Current Harmonized Polish Standard Pn-En 1789 Or Equivalent To The Extent Appropriate To The Subject (Scope) Of The Proceedings.2) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Brand New (Year Of Production Not Older Than 2025), Not Previously Used By Third Parties, In Particular It Was Not Used As An Item Used For Demonstration Purposes And Is Of Good Quality. It Has Also Not Been Previously Reconditioned. The Ambulance Must Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002. (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 502, As Amended) On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment. The Offered Ambulance Must Also Meet The Requirements For A Type C Road Ambulance Specified In The Following Standards: Pn En 1789 Or Equivalent For A Type C Road Transport Vehicle, With A Medical Part, Meeting The Requirements Of The Harmonized Standard Pn En 1789+A2 Or Equivalent, Required By The National Health Fund, Pn En 1865 Standard Requirements For Stretchers And Other Mobility Equipment Patient, Used In Road Ambulances To The Extent Appropriate To The Subject Of The Order Or An Equivalent Standard In This Respect. The Built-Up Vehicle With Its Equipment Cannot Exceed The Permissible Total Weight Of The Gvm Up To 3.5 T. The Term Gvm Should Be Understood As The Definition In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law.3) The Road Ambulance Must Have: A) Valid Approval Certificates For The Completed Vehicle (For The Base And Built-Up Car), Issued In Accordance With The Act Of April 14 2023 On Approval Systems For Vehicles And Their Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 919) Or Individual Approval, Summary Of Tests. Homologation/Individual Approval Of The Offered Ambulance Must Enable The Registration Of The Ambulance In Poland. B) Certificate Of Compliance In Accordance With The Pn En 1789 Standard Or Equivalent For A Type C Ambulance. C) Complete Documentation Necessary To Register The Vehicle In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 5) Ambulance Medical Equipment (Which Has Been Qualified As A Medical Device) - Must Have Documents Authorizing Marketing And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022. On Medical Devices (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1620, As Amended). 6) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete In Terms Of The Ordering Partys Requir
