Part I Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless Peoplea. Providing Shelter Services For Women And Men, I.E. Providing 24-Hour Shelter To Homeless People In A Shelter Along With Providing 24-Hour Food, Necessary Clothing, Necessary Social Conditions, As Well As Conducting Social Work Aimed At Helping In Dealing With Basic Life Matters, Developing And Strengthening Activity And Independence, Restoring Life In The Local Community And Making Homeless People Independent - Support In The Implementation Of The Social Contract.B. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Forecast Number Of People Requiring Shelter For 365 Days Will Be - 10 (Ten) People C. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Number Of People Provided By The Ordering Party Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Respect, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Monetary, Against The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows For An Increase In The Number Of People Referred To In Point B By At Least 50%. The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Duration Of The Actual Stay Of People In The Shelter. D. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Standard Of The Facility And Services Provided In The Shelter For Homeless People In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896, As Amended).
