The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Roadsides And Sewage On Curves Or Road Intersections Along County Roads In The Karkonosze County, Consisting Of Strengthening Them With Stone Blocks. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Terms Of Reference, I.E. Technical Documentation, Which Consists Of: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Terms Of Reference; 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 6 To The Terms Of Reference; 3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 7A To The Terms Of Reference; 4) Offer Cost Estimate - Annex No. 7B To The Terms Of Reference. 3. List Of Road Sections On Which The Works Referred To In Section Will Be Carried Out. 1, As Well As Descriptions Specifying The Location Of The Roadsides And Curves, Are Included In Annex No. 5A To The Terms Of Reference. 4. Additional Information: 1) The Bill Of Quantities And The Offer Cost Estimate Are Auxiliary Elements For Calculating The Lump Sum Price Of The Works. Possible Errors In The Above. Documents Will Not Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Claims Against The Ordering Party. 2) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Technical Conditions, In A Manner That Does Not Violate The Interests Of Third Parties. 3) All Work Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Law And Polish Standards And Principles Of Construction Practice, Principles Of Current Technical Knowledge, Instructions From Manufacturers Of Individual Materials, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, And Environmental Protection Regulations, By Suitably Qualified Employees, Under Constant Technical Supervision. Building Materials Should Comply With Technical Approvals, Certificates And Provisions Of Relevant Standards And Regulations. 4) The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing And Marking The Work Area For The Duration Of The Works In Order To Ensure Safe Pedestrian Traffic Conditions In The Work Area. 5) The Contractor Will Provide Full Surveying Services, Including The Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory. 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended).
