Tenders Are Invited For Successive Purchase Of Personal Protective Equipment

1. The Contract Will Be Implemented From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 20262. The List Of All Goods Is Presented In The Detailed Form3. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Place Orders For Goods For An Amount Not Less Than 60% Of The Maximum Contract Value During The Term Of The Contract. 4. Deliveries Will Be Made As Needed Based On Separate Orders Submitted By The Ordering Party In Writing Or Via Electronic Correspondence. 5. Each Delivery Of Goods Will Take Place No Later Than 7 Business Days From The Date Of Submission. Order. In The Case Of An Order For Work Footwear, Such Delivery Must Be Completed Within A Maximum Of 2 Business Days From The Date Of Submission.6. The Goods Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At Ul. Lokalna 11 In Tychy From Monday To Friday Between 7:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M., Unless The Parties Agree On A Different Place Or Date Of The Delivery Shall Be Charged To The Contractor.8. The Contractor Shall Bear The Risk Of Damage Or Loss Of The Goods Until They Are Handed Over To The Ordering Party.9. The Delivery Of The Goods Will Be Confirmed Each Time With An Acceptance Report. In The Absence Of The Documents Indicated In The Above Sentence, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse To Accept The Goods.10. The Contractor Shall Provide A Warranty For The Goods Specified In The Swz Or Via E-Mail.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove The Reported Defects Or Faults In The Goods Or To Deliver Goods Free From Defects Within 1 Day From The Date Of Reporting The Complaint.13. The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration Constituting The Product Of The Delivered Goods And Unit Prices. 14. The Remuneration Will Be Paid To The Contractor Monthly, Based On The Vat Invoice Issued By The Contractor, And Will Include All Deliveries Correctly Made By The Contractor In A Given Month Vat The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach Copies Of The Acceptance Reports Of All Goods Covered By The Invoice.
