Minimum Order Value: Pln 50,000.00. Repairs Should Be Made In Accordance With Annex B And Annex C. Partial Renovation Of The Surface Should Be Performed Using Two Recyclers (Sets For Processing Broken Asphalt) Or Thermoses For Transport. Asphalt Mixture At The Same Time. The Commencement Of Road Surface Repair Is Understood As The Actual Entry Into The Area And Commencement Of Repair Work. The Contractor Should Have Documents Confirming The Properties, Parameters And Compliance With Applicable Standards And Other Legal Provisions For The Offered And Priced Materials. The Contractor Will Manage Waste In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Document Construction Progress Using Photographic Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented Taking Into Account The Needs Of All Users, Including Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs, In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Referred To In Art. 6 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs And Accessibility Standards For People With Special Needs.
