The Subject Of The Proceedings Is An Investment Involving The Development Of Land For An Investment Involving The Construction Of A Two-Car Garage With Sanitary Facilities For The Needs Of The Volunteer Fire Department, Along With Land Development. The Investment Will Be Located In Ciechocin, On Plot No. 392, Ciechocin Commune, Golubsko-Dobrzyński Poviat. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Constitutes An Indivisible Whole. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Result In Excessive Technical And Economic Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Execution Of The Order, As Well As Difficulties In Coordinating The Execution Of The Order, Resulting In A Serious Risk Of Incorrect Execution Of The Order.4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: • Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, • Development Of Documentation Necessary For The Proper Organization And Implementation Of Construction Works, • Protection Of The Existing Infrastructure, Weapons And Installations Within The Scope Of The Works Performed, • Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation, • Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations And Preparation Of Documents Related To Putting The Constructed Garage Of The Volunteer Fire Department Into Use In Steklin, • Obtaining Positive Opinions From The Relevant State Administration Bodies Competent For The Commissioning And Use Of The Facility, • Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party/Investors Decision - Permission To Use The Building, • Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works, 5. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: • Conduct Training For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Devices, • Prepare Photographic Documentation Of The Works Carried Out, • Service, During The Warranty Period, Devices Built Into The Facilities. At Least One Service Inspection Per Year Is Required. If The Frequency Of Servicing Activities Required By The Manufacturer Of The Built-In Devices Is Higher, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Them In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Device Manufacturer. The Service Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Manufacturers Instructions By Service Teams Authorized By The Manufacturer, • Submitting Information To The Ordering Party During The Warranty Period About The Warranty Services Performed, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Performance Of The Service Activities. 6.
