Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Implementation Of An Integrated Ticket Sales And Fare Collection System For Public Transport, Organized By The District-Municipal Association Sowiogórskie Autobusy (...)

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Toll Collection System For Public Utility Transport As Part Of The Public Collective Transport Organized By The District And Commune Association Sowiogórskie Autobusy, Including: 1.1. Delivery And Implementation Of The Central System With Accompanying Infrastructure, Software, Licenses And Necessary Configuration;1.2. Delivery And Installation Of Brand New Mobile Validators For Contactless Payments With Payment Cards In The At Least Visa Paywave And Mastercard Paypass Systems (Without A Pin Pad Keyboard), Which Will Be Installed In The Operators Vehicles, Including: A) 70 Pieces Of Mobile Validators Intended For Installation In The Operators Vehicles - As Part Of The Basic Order; B) 4 Reserve Validators (Quick Response Warehouse); C) 4 Pcs. Controller Readers With Printers - As Part Of The Basic Order; D) Training Of Employees Of The District-Municipal Association Sowiogórskie Autobusy In The Use Of Software And The System; E) Provision Of Service And Maintenance Services (Hosting And Sim Cards) Within The Period Specified In The Offer Form, But Within A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance; F) Preparation And Delivery Of Full Technical And Operational Documentation; G) Granting An Indefinite License For Each Delivered Software Along With An Indefinite (Lifetime) Update.1.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Conduct Training For 7 Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party, To The Extent Enabling The Proper Use Of The Subject Of The Order, According To The Following Rules: 1) The Training Will Take Place At The Ordering Partys Headquarters On A Later Date Set; 2) The Training Includes In Particular: A) Presentation Of The Functionality Of The System Or Service; B) Discussion Of Operation And Maintenance Rules; C) Providing User Instructions (In Electronic Or Paper Form); D) Answers To Participants Questions; E) Practical Exercises (If The Nature Of The Contract Requires It); 1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Technical And Substantive Support For The Period: 1) At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance - In The Case Of It Or Implementation Services; 2) Or For The Period Specified In The Offer - In The Case Of Other Services Requiring Post-Implementation Support. 1.5. The Support Referred To Above Includes At Least: 1) Telephone And E-Mail Consultations; 2) Removing Faults And Errors; 3) Ongoing Advice On The Proper Use Of The Service; 4) Ability To Report Problems Via A Dedicated Contact Channel (E.G. Helpdesk, Reporting Form); 1.6. The Entire Toll Collection System Must Be Provided With: 1) A Warranty; 2) Service Support Ensuring: A) Removal Of Faults In Both Hardware And Software In Accordance With The Terms Of The Warranty And Contract; B) Adapting The Software To Hardware And System Changes Within The Toll Collection System; C) Adapting The Software To Changes In Both Polish And European Law; D) Free Delivery And Installation Of Updates And New Versi
