Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Collective Catering Service For Students At Primary School No. 36 In Wrocław (51-609), Ul. F. Chopina 9B, At The Place Of Study, Consisting In Preparing And Serving Food (Lunch) For An Average Of 310 Students Per Day, Staying On A Daily Basis In The Ordering Partys Unit 2. The Average Number Of Lunches Served (During The Entire Duration Of The Order) Is Estimated At 58,590. The Actual Number Of Meals Served Depends On The Attendance Of Students On Particular Days. The Minimum Daily Number Of Lunches That The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Is 10 Sets.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Entire Meal Be Prepared And Served At The Ordering Partys Premises. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To The Delivery And Serving Of Any Parts Of Meals Prepared Outside The Rented Food Block.4. The Rented Food Block Meets The Construction And Technical Requirements, But Does Not Meet Sanitary Requirements. In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The State District Sanitary Inspector, The Rented Rooms Should Be Adapted To Sanitary Requirements By Removing The Incorrect Functional Arrangement Of The Rooms Consisting Of: 1) Lack Of Direct Connection Between The Pre-Cutting Room And The Kitchen (The Passage To The Kitchen Is Through A Corridor Also Available To The Ordering Partys Technical Employees). Moreover, These Rooms Are Located On Different Floors, Which Requires The Reconstruction Of The Stairs. 2) Incorrect Location Of The Entrance To The Food Warehouse Room From The Kitchen Level (The Goods Are Delivered To The Warehouse Through The Kitchen). The Current Contractor Uses The Rooms On The Basis Of A Previously Acquired Permit, Conditionally Extended For Subsequent Years, With An Annual Inspection Carried Out By The Competent Sanitary Inspection Authority. The Contractor In Favor Of Whom The Proceedings Will Be Resolved, Before The Food Block Is Launched And Accepted By The Above-Mentioned Authority Will Be Obliged To Bring It Into Compliance With The Existing Recommendations In This Regard (Unless It Has An Appropriate Deferment Of The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Recommendations). This Involves The Need To Carry Out Renovation Work In Consultation With The Competent Authority Of The City Hall - The Investment Requires Interference With The Structural Elements Of Stairs And Rooms, And Therefore Requires A Construction Design, A Building Permit And Significant Expenditure, Not Counting The Time Necessary For Its Implementation.5. Only An Empty Room Is Rented - It Must Be Equipped With Kitchen Equipment Necessary To Complete The Order In Question, In Particular: 1) Kitchen Tables (For Meat, For Flour Dishes, For Serving, For Returning Dishes, For Vegetables); 2) Potato Peeler; 3) Electric Frying Pan; 4) Multifunctional Food Processor; 5) Cutlery (Spoons, Forks, Knives, Approximately 150 Pieces Each); 6) Refrigerators - Min. 4 Pcs. + A Separate Refrigerator For Storing Samples;7) 3-Bowl Sink - 2
