Tenders are invited for Provision of Announcement Publishing Service for the Projects Tenders of Ahdeb Oilfield. Bidders should submit the following documents in the proposal submission date: 1.Technical Proposal should Include Following: 1.1. Submit color copy of all companys legal document as the following: a. For Iraqi local companies should submit color copy of the Valid ID (Ministry of Planning ID or Chamber of Commerce ID). b. Company / Office Registration Documents or Profession Practice License. c. For Foreign companies should submit copy of all registration documents belonging for their company from their countries in English language, or the registration documents in Iraq. d. Companys Valid Tax ID. 1.2 The winner company shall provide the original documents before award the project. 1.3 Authorization Letters from the three recommended newspapers (Al-Sabah Al-Jaded, Al-Aadala & Al-Hakika Al-Aan). 1.4 Iraqi Journalists Syndicate ID 1.5 The contract duration will be one year plus one optional year. 2 Commercial Proposals Include Following: 1. The unit and total price as required in the SO documents 2. Quotation on US Dollar only. Number and Written 3 Terms and Conditions: 1. Technical, commercial offers, should be submitted in sealed and stamped envelope, and shall be submitted strictly with one USB Memory contain the soft copy of the proposal. The project name and tender number should be clearly on the envelop. 2. The bidder should sign on the transmittal and the undertaking paper when submitting the proposals, otherwise the proposals will considers not received 3. The proposals must contain the date and signature of the authorized manager of the company or office. 4. The bidders shall submit the Proposals in English language to AL -WAHA Kut camp. 5. The tax will be deducted from the total amount according to the Iraqi taxation law 6. If the Contractor with the lowest price quit this bidding or fail to finish the work according to the contract, he is compulsory to pay the difference amount between his price and Al-Waha actual price. Otherwise, the company will be inserted into Al-Waha Company black list. 7. Al-Waha Company would not be obliged to accept the lowest offer. 8. Other terms & conditioned mentioned the project documents. Note : If the bidder didnt provide the documents that mentioned above or submitted invalid documents, AL-Waha shall have the right to take an action according the valid Instructions and Regulations.
