The selected organization will deliver training and psychosocial support to improve employability, resilience, and livelihoods among Gazas youth, women, and freelancers. 4. Scope of Work The implementing partner will be responsible for: Conducting a rapid needs assessment to tailor training and delivery approaches. Designing and delivering training programmes on entrepreneurship, freelancing, and business development. Organizing psychosocial support sessions led by qualified professionals. Managing participant selection, logistics, and coordination. Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on progress and outcomes. SPARK will provide technical guidance, oversight, and quality assurance throughout the implementation phase.
