Purpose of the Call This call for proposal aims to identify and select a capable implementing partner to carry out project activities in Gaza under SPARKs guidance. The selected organization will deliver training and psychosocial support to improve employability, resilience, and livelihoods among Gazas youth, women, and freelancers. Managing participant selection, logistics, and coordination. Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on progress and outcomes.
