The bidder or their representative will not be allowed to attend the bid opening session unless presenting an official authorization letter issued in the name of the person authorized to attend. Legal Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory): All suppliers intending to participate in this tender are required to submit all the legal documents listed below, which must be issued by the authorized official authorities in the South and remain valid at the time of bid submission: 1. A valid commercial registration in the same field as the tender. 2. A valid tax card. 3. A valid Zakat card. 4. A valid professional practice license. 5. An irrevocable and unconditional initial bank guarantee, or a certified cheque, for an amount of USD 1,000, valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening. 6. The supplier is not listed in any sanctions or ineligibility lists issued by the United Nations, the UN Secretary-General, or the World Bank. Offerors who do not submit these documents will be disqualified from any technical or financial evaluation.
