A valid commercial registration in the same field as the tender. 2. A valid tax card. 3. A valid Zakat card. 4. A valid professional practice license. 5. An irrevocable and unconditional initial bank guarantee, or a certified cheque, for an amount of USD 1,000, valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening. 6. The supplier is not listed in any sanctions or ineligibility lists issued by the United Nations, the UN Secretary-General, or the World Bank.
