The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Diagnostic Tools And Accessories Necessary For Performing Serological Analyzes Of Infectious Agents, Together With The Right To Use The Equipment Necessary For Performing The Analyses, As Well As The Maintenance And Repair Of Software And Equipment. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Term Of 7 (Seven) Years From The Handover Of The Equipment Or Until The Maximum Contract Value Is Met, Whichever Occurs First. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Determined Based On The Useful Life Of The Equipment Available For Use.
