Procurement File For The Works “Valuation And Investigation Of The Geological And Mining Heritage Around The Malpás Coal Mines As A Tool For Local Development”.The Project Not Only Seeks To Preserve The Mining Vestiges, But Also To Convert Them Into A Cultural, Educational And Touristic Asset That Contributes To The Economic Revitalization Of The Municipality And To The Reinforcement Of Local Identity. Regarding The Objectives Pursued By The Action, On The One Hand, It Seeks To Guarantee The Safety And Accessibility Of The Space, Through The Consolidation Of Structural Elements And The Improvement Of The Accesses And, On The Other, Generate An Interpretive Itinerary That Allows Visitors To Understand The History Of Mining, Its Impact On The Territory And Its Relationship With Local Development. In Addition, It Is Desired To Promote The Connection Of This Space With Other Natural And Cultural Resources Of The Municipality, Integrating It Within A Network Of Itineraries That Enrich The Touristic And Educational Offer Of The Pont De Suert. The Planned Actions Include The Cleaning And Adaptation Of The Environment, The Signposting Of Points Of Interest, The Installation Of Information Panels, The Consolidation Of Unique Mining Structures And The Creation Of A Small Reception Space Or Lookout. The Total Budget Of The Project Valorization And Revitalization Of The Geological And Mining Heritage Around The Malpás Coal Mines As A Local Development Tool Has Been Set At 41,299.99 Euros, 8,673.00 Euros Of Vat At The Rate Of 21% And 49,972.99 Euros Total. In Accordance With The Established A Section 1.8 Of The Project The Expected Duration Of The Works Is 3 Months From The Date Of Celebration Of The Stakeout Or 3 Months From The Date That The Actual Start Of The Works Is Recorded In The Stakeout Act. Given That It Is A Work Whose Estimated Value Is Less Than 500,000 Euros, In Accordance With The Established A Article 77.1 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts, The Business Classification Requirement For The Implementation Of The Same Is Not Legally Mandatory.
