The Aim Is To Improve The Quality Of Treatment, Provide Care Close To Home And Avoid Unnecessary Inpatient Procedures For Those Insured By The Aok Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland. The Care Includes In Particular: - Individual Anamnesis And Sonographic Diagnosis (Color-Coded Duplex Sonography, If Necessary Additional Functional Procedures), - The Indication Is Determined According To The Criteria Of The Currently Valid Guideline For The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Varicose Veins Of The German Society For Phlebology (Ceap Classification? C3 S). - Implementation Of Endoluminal Therapy Using Laser Or Radiofrequency Procedures In Compliance With Medical And Hygienic Standards, - Treatment Of Possible Complications, If Possible On An Outpatient Basis, - Standardized Follow-Up Care And Follow-Up, - Documentation Of The Results And Quality Assurance Measures. The Remuneration Is Paid As A Flat Rate Outside Of The Total Remuneration For The Contracted Doctor (Section 140A Paragraph 2 Sgb V) And Directly Between The Service Provider And Aok Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland. Billing Is Carried Out Based On Section 295 Paragraph 1B Sgb V By Means Of Electronic Data Transmission. With This Contract, Aok Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland Pursues The Goals Of High-Quality, Evidence-Based And Economical Care. The Specific Remuneration Rates Are Set Out In Appendix 2 (List Of Services And Remuneration) To The Contract In Accordance With Section 140A Sgb V.
