Due To Increasing Student Numbers And Increased Demand For Comprehensive School Places In The Essen City Area, The City Of Essen Is Planning To Establish And Build A New 6-Class Comprehensive School As Well As A Triple Sports Hall, Two Single Sports Halls And Ancillary Facilities On Erbslöhstrasse In The Altenessen-Süd District. In The Building, 12 Automation Focal Points, 13 Floor Distributors And 38 Room Automation Distributors Are Planned For Building Automation. The Control Cabinets Are Connected To Each Other With Their Own Building Automation Network (Bacnet Ip). The Automation Focal Points Are Primarily Responsible For The Regulation And Control Of The Central Technical Systems. Corridors And Common Areas Are Integrated Via The Floor Distributors. The Sensors And Actuators Required For Room Automation Are Connected To The Room Automation Distributors. Room Automation Includes Classrooms, Specialist Rooms And Group Rooms As Well As Office And Administrative Rooms. In Total, The Project Includes Around 3200 Physical Data Points And 450 Common Data Points In System Technology (Asp) As Well As Around 7100 Physical Data Points And Around 30 Common Data Points In Room Automation (Ev And Rav).
