Parts Of Agricultural And Forestry Machinery - Supply Of Spare Parts And Consumables For Agricultural Machinery, Machines For Carrying Out Excavation And Bulk Works, Construction Machinery And Equipment (Including Tractors, Bulldozers, Excavators, Backhoe Loaders, Snow Plows, Etc.) For The Needs Of The Tp Dgs Rhodopi For A Period Of 24 Months. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Spare Parts For The Needs Of The Rhodopi Tp Dgs - Listed In The Technical Specification, Annex To This Procedure. In The Types Of Vehicles Specified In The Technical Specification Attached To The Participation Documentation, It Is Possible That A Change May Occur During The Term Of The Contract As A Result Of Scrapping, Purchase, Etc. In The Event That This Happens And Tp Dgs Rodopi Acquires And Starts Operating New Vehicles During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And Replace Parts, Details, Materials And Consumables For The Newly Acquired Vehicles. The Supplied Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables Must Be Of The Relevant Make And Model And Be Original, New, Unused And Non-Recycled. They Must Meet The Quality Requirements In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Be Accompanied By A Certificate Of Origin And Quality, As Well As Be Accompanied By A Guarantee Of At Least 12 Months In Operation Mode. The Deadline For Delivery Of Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables Is No Later Than 72 Hours From The Day Of The Request By The Contracting Authority. If It Is Necessary To Supply Spare Parts Requested By The Contracting Authority, Which Are Not Available In The Warehouse, The Delivery Period Is No Later Than 5 Working Days From The Submission Of The Request. All Costs Related To The Delivery Of Spare Parts And Consumables Are At The Contractors Expense. ​​​​​​​
