The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Freely Select Individual Spare Parts To Be Ordered Under The Agreement Concluded With The Contractor. 3. The Ordering Party Provides Simulated Quantities Of Spare Parts Based On The Estimated Quantities Planned For Purchase (Appendix No. 4 To Swz - Basic Price List). In Other Positions, The Quantity 1 Pc Will Be Inserted. (Appendix No. 4 To Swz - Additional Price List). These Quantities Are Provided Solely For The Purpose Of Evaluating Individual Offers. The Actual Number Of Deliveries Of Parts, Components And Materials Carried Out Under The Future Agreement Concluded With The Selected Contractor Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, And The Total Net Value Of Spare Parts, Components And Materials Ordered By The Ordering Party May Not Exceed The Maximum Net Value Of The Agreement For The Entire Period Of Its Duration Nor May It Be Lower Than 30% Of The Maximum Net Value Of The Agreement. The Maximum Net Value Of The Contract Is Equal To The Net Value Of The Offer Within The Scope Of The Basic Price List. The Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 4.
