Systems Support Services – Adatkapu System It Contract. Support. The Nmhh Javaserver Faces (Jsf), Primefaces, And Bootstrap Technology Based Form Types Available For Registered Service Providers, As Well As The Components Enabling Electronic Data Provision By Service Providers (Public, Admin Interfaces, And Administrator Application) Operate A System (Hereinafter: Data Gateway) With Oracle Version 12C (Live And Test System Copies) And 19C (Dev4 System Copy Under Development) It Stores Data In Rdbms. The Frontend Of The Application Was Implemented Using Ajax, Html5 And Css V3 Technologies. Datakapu Is An Application That Can Be Used By Pre-Registered Representatives Of Business Organizations Through Identification By The Central Identification Agent (Kaü), Providing A Data Provision Interface And The Possibility To Submit Applications In Individual Procedures. The System Is Connected To Several Additional Nmhh Systems Via Soap Interfaces. The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is To Provide Error Correction And It System Support Services Related To The Data Gate Application For Nmhh For A Period Of 24 Months, As Detailed Below: The It Service Covers The Following Elements Operating At The Nmhh Premises: - Data Kapu Public System Customers Live, Test, Dev Environments. - Adatkapu Administrator Application For Live, Test, Dev Environments. - The Data Gateway Administrative Application For Nmhh Enabling Data Correction And Data Recording For Live, Test, Dev Environments. The Number Of Environments To Be Supported Is Currently 6, And Their Number May Increase In The Near Future. Tasks Related To Support Services Application Support, Maintenance, Support For The Operation Of The Production, Test And Dev Environments Of The Adatkapu System, To Eliminate Errors, To Provide An On-Call System In Order To Manage The Reporting Of Possible Failures, As Follows: • Flat-Rate Monthly Availability For The Task, Error Correction, Version Updates For 24 Months; Worksheet-Based And Parameterization Services: • The Technical Requirements 3.6. Task According To Point - Provision Of Services Based On Worksheet-Based Settlement [Prognosticated Number Of Hours, Maximum 400 (Four Hundred) Hours For 24 Months] • The Technical Requirements 3.7. - Parameterization, Legal Compliance, Modification And Training Services [Forecasted Number Of Hours, Maximum 850 (Eight Hundred And Fifty) Hours For 24 Months] In Terms Of Flat-Rate Services According To Points 3.4.1, 3.5 And 3.8 Of The Technical Requirements, The Winning Tenderers Task: - To Test Reported Problems, Correct Errors And Test Error Corrections - With Nmhh Runtime Environment Built From Elements Of The Same Platform And Version - Maintain Your Own Developer Test Environment At Your Own Site; - Providing 4 Hours Of Monthly Support Via Telephone, Electronic Mail, Or Online Conference Tools; - The Order
