The General Objective Of The Project Is The Restoration, Consolidation And Preservation Of The Octavian Goga Memorial Museum Ensemble, In View Of The Valorization Of The Cultural And Historical Heritage From The Rural Environment, A General Objective That Is Fully Consistent With The Policy Objective: A Europe Closer To Citizens, By Promoting The Sustainable And Integrated Development Of All Types Of Territories And Local Initiatives. The Project Aims At The Following: - Rehabilitation, Restoration, Consolidation And Enhancement Of The Castle Building; - Rehabilitation, Restoration, Consolidation And Enhancement Of The Octavian Goga Mausoleum; - Rehabilitation, Consolidation And Enhancement Of The Ady Endre House + Annexes; - Rehabilitation, Consolidation And Enhancement Of The White House; - Rehabilitation And Consolidation Of The House On The Rock; - Rehabilitation And Refunctionalization Of The Summer Theater In The Reception Pavilion; - Rehabilitation Of The Wooden Gate Cabin; - Temporary Mausoleum Rehabilitation; - Termination Of The Existing Sanitary Group. The Estimated Value Of The Works Contract Results From The General Budget Regarding The Expenses Necessary To Realize The Project And Is In The Amount Of 31,270,031.13 Lei Without Vat. The Amount Related To Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses Is Not Included In The Estimated Value Of The Contract. Miscellaneous And Contingencies May Be Used In Accordance With Public Procurement Legislation That Refers To Contractual Changes Occurring During Execution.
