Construction Work – Feder 21-27 – Mons Town Hall-Restoration Of The Roofs Of The Central Building (Building 2). These Specifications Concern The Site Installation, Restoration Of Roofs, Frames, Attics And Roof Insulation Of The Administrative Building Of The Mons Town Hall, And Include More Particularly: - The Restoration Of Brick Masonry (Gables, Chimneys And Attic Walls); - Renewal Of Natural Slate Roofing, Including Restoration Work On The Underlying Framework (Including Removal Of Part Of The Asbestos Roofing); - Zincworks And Rainwater Drainage - Restoration Of Dormer Windows And Cornices; - The Creation And Implementation Of New Frames To Integrate Into The Skylights; - The Creation Of A New Insulated Floor In The Attic. As A Reminder, The Administrative Building (And Its Roofs) Is A Classified Building And Included On The List Of Exceptional Heritage Of Wallonia. As Part Of This Contract, The City Of Mons Wishes To Strengthen Social Cohesion And Sustainable Development.
