Grădinița Voinicel Is An Educational Institution That Ensures The Supervision And Education Of Children Of Preschool Age, Respectively Of Children Between The Ages Of 2-6. Considering The Object Of Activity Of The Kindergarten, In Order To Carry Out The Activity Well, Food Products Will Be Purchased Necessary To Ensure The Daily Food Of The Preschoolers In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Order Of The Minister Of Health No. 1456/2020 For The Approval Of The Hygiene Norms Regarding The Units For The Protection, Education And Training Of Children And Young People. Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation. To The Extent That Requests For Clarification Are Received At Least 18 Days Before The Deadline For The Submission Of Tenders, The Contracting Authority Shall Respond Clearly And Fully To All Such Requests For Clarification On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For The Submission Of Tenders.
