The Subject Of The Vgv Procedure Is The Awarding Of Planning Services For Technical Building Equipment (Tga) In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai, Service Phases 4-9. The Tga Planning Includes The Technical Equipment In The Course Of The Renovation And Conversion Of The Former Train Station Building, The Renovation Of The Adjacent Cinema And The Planned Two-Story New Building After The Demolition Of The Existing Workshop Building. The Existing Building Is Classified As Particularly Worthy Of Preservation And Will Be Extensively Modernized. The Aim Of The Overall Project Is To Create A Childrens, Youth, Family And Cultural Center That Offers A Broad, Cross-Generational Offering. The Technical Building Equipment Must Be Planned According To The Requirements For Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, Accessibility And Operational Safety.
