Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services Contract Management Consultant - Expansion of Transmission and Distribution Systems Project The services include providing consulting and contract management services for the Expansion of Transmission and Distribution Systems Project in Suriname. The Consultant will support NV Energiebedrijven Suriname (EBS) in the review and alignment of designs, contract administration, and periodic supervision of construction activities for three EPC contracts: (i) Substations, (ii) Overhead Transmission Lines, and (iii) Underground Cable Systems. The expected duration of the assignment is approximately twenty-four (24) months, starting in February 2026, and will require an estimated 6070 professional staff-months. The Consultant will prepare regular progress, integration, and completion reports, ensuring high-quality implementation in accordance with EBS standards and IsDB procurement guidelines.
