Tenders are invited for Production of Video and Photo Package in the West Bank Oxfam is seeking a production company to produce a short video for awareness purposes to narrate the approach, challenges, and successes of the work on the WPS agenda through this project in the West Bank over the project. The story will showcase in detail the key challenges and relevance of the WPS agenda in the West Bank, focusing on the impacts of militarization and Israeli occupation within the framework of the WPS pillars and priorities, and the actions and adaptations taken by the partner to implement the project and advance the agenda. Objectives To document the impact of Oxfams WB partner in advancing the WPS agenda, particularly in relation to protection, prevention, and participation, through adaptive strategies, community engagement, and advocacy from the beginning to end of the project, especially post October 2023. To illustrate the continued relevance and urgency of the WPS framework in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, linking womens protection and participation to broader humanitarian, peace, and reconstruction efforts. To amplify Palestinian womens and youth voices in calling for accountability, justice, and gender-responsive recovery, highlighting their resilience, leadership, and demands under conditions of occupation and genocide. To inform broader global advocacy and strengthen visibility of women in the OPTs contributions to peace, security, and protection responses. Scope of Work The production company will conduct a focused documentation task that involves collecting and developing in-depth visual testimonials from women and men affected by the new militarized aid mechanism. The selected firm will: Produce (1) short video (2-3 minutes) capturing the needs and experiences of women in the West Bank in relation to protection, prevention, and participation under the WPS agenda, and the experience of the partner in the WB, including their approaches, adaptations to challenges, and successes in implementing the agenda in this context, including the women and community-led protection committees, human rights defender networks, university student council engagement, and work with protection stakeholders. Produce 1215 still images to accompany the story with suggested quotes and captions capturing voices from the partner and engaged women. The service provider will deliver edited, final images that convey human impact. Emotive and engaging with a balanced mix of portrait and landscape frames capturing both scale and detail. Each photo must have a full 5Ws caption, embedded in the metadata, including names of people featured (with date of birth), location (village/town/district), date taken, a brief description of whats happening, and credit information; additionally, submit a Word document listing each file name with its caption.
