The Outdoor Staircase Used To Enter The 2Nd Floor Will Be Removed And The Existing Doorway Will Be Walled Up. The Building Has A Rectangular Shape With A Veranda Extension, Which Will Be Preserved. A Garage Belongs To The Building On The West Side. On The East Side, The Rd Building Adjoins The Road. The Building Is Covered With A Gable Roof With A Slope Of Approx. 48°. The Roof Will Be Made Of Corrugated Sheet Metal. The Building Has One Underground Floor, Two Above-Ground Floors And An Attic.
