The Assignment Includes The Implementation Of Three Subsidy Schemes That Are Tailored To Different Target Groups. The Subsidy Schemes Are Intended To Realize Regret-Free And Appropriate Energy-Saving Measures, In Accordance With The Schedule Of Requirements As Included In Appendix 4 Of The Descriptive Document. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Process From Application To Implementation And Aftercare, Including Subsidy Management, Monitoring And Reporting In Accordance With The Obligations Towards The Government. The Assignment Consists Of Carrying Out These Three Forms Of Subsidy: A. Continuing The Implementation Of The Subsidy Scheme For Do-It-Yourself Insulation Zoetermeer B. Implementing The Subsidy Scheme For Insulation Compensation In Zoetermeer C. Implementing The Subsidy Scheme For Insulation Relief Services. For The Implementation, A Total Subsidy Is Available For A Minimum Of 1,180 Individual Ground-Level Owner-Occupied Homes Up To The Maximum Subsidy Amount. More Homes Can Be Insulated As Long As The Subsidy Ceiling Has Not Yet Been Reached. This Is Done In Consultation With The Municipality.
