1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Are Construction Works For Renovation Of Existing Hardened Surfaces At The Ordering Partys Equipment And Transport Base, Located In Łódź, At Ul. Lutomierska 127 Lok. 121 - The Documentation Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is Binding On The Contractor, Subject To Section 2.2. The Documentation Attached In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Should Be Included In The Part Covered By This Procedure - The Procedure Covers The First Stage Of Works Resulting From The Above Design Documentation, Under Which The Ordering Party Intends To Replace The Existing Surface Made Of Reinforced Concrete Slabs In The Southwestern Part Of The Square Marked In The Land Development Drawing In Accordance With The Hatching And Legend. Electrical Industry Works Included In The Documentation Are Not The Subject Of The Current Proceedings.3. Sequence Of Work To Be Performed: 1) The Existing Reinforced Concrete Slabs Should Be Exposed, Dismantled For Storage, Assessed And Sorted Into Slabs Intended For Disposal And Slabs Intended For Re-Installation In The Second (Ii) Stage Of Works, Which Will Be Conducted On The Basis Of A Separate Public Procurement Procedure. 2) Damaged Slabs Should Be Removed And Disposed Of, And The Remaining Slabs Should Be Placed In A Designated Place Within The Square. As Part Of Possible Optimization, The Employer Allows The Contractor To Crush The Damaged Slabs On Site And Use Concrete Rubble As A Base For The Renovated Paving Stones. 3) Construction Of A New Rainwater Drainage System Along The Fence In The Western Part Of The Square, I.E. Four Wells (D1, D2, D3, D4), 9 Inlets (Wp1-Wp9) And Connections Between Them With Sewage Pipes With A Diameter Of: 160-250 Mm Along With With Backfilling And Compacting The Excavations To The Level Of The Foundation For The New Surface. 4) The Ordering Party Requires Soil Compaction Tests To Be Carried Out And Reports On Their Implementation To Be Attached As Part Of The As-Built Documentation. 5) Construction Of Gutters, Designed Sub-Base With Appropriate Compaction, Installation Of Road Curbs 15 Cm Wide, Laying Of Behaton Gray Concrete Cubes, 8 Cm Thick. 4. The Contractor Will Execute The Subject Of The Contract From New Materials Approved For Use In Construction - It Is Necessary To Present Quality Documentation Of The Materials Before Their Installation (Declaration Of Performance Dwu, Technical Approval, Polish Standard, Certificates, Ce Marking, Hygienic Certificate).5.
