III. The Experts Tasks The expert will structure the activities into three main lots to cover the requirements of this activity, for which 85 days of expertise are expected in total for all years 2025-2028 (calculate in detail the number of days allocated per each lot and platform separately): LOT 1: (at least 48 days of expertise) Gender Equality Platform (GEP) capacity assessment in November 2025 (3 days). Data collection and analysis: coordination and facilitation of the annual assessment of the advocacy and monitoring capacity of civil society organizations, for all five thematic platforms, in 2026, 2027 and 2028. LOT 2: (at least 15 days of expertise) Personalized training for all 5 platforms Training design: development of a training program tailored to the specific needs of the five platforms. The program will include at least two one-day practical training sessions for each platform. Training delivery: facilitation and delivery of training content (minimum 10 sessions in total) for the five platforms.
