After Replacing The Fixtures, The Contractor Will Prepare 1 Copy Of The As-Built Documentation In Electronic Form In The Format Pdf And Additionally 1 Copy In Paper Form. 4. Materials And Equipment Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Should Have A Certificate Of Approval For Use In The Republic Of Poland And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended).5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party About The Dates Of Carrying Out Individual Works At Least Two Business Days Before The Commencement Of The Works, Providing Their Location.6. In The Section Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect All Trees, Shrubs And Perennial Plants That Are Located In Places Where They May Be Damaged And To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Limits The Destruction Of The Biologically Active Surface To A Minimum (In Accordance With The Arrangements In Force In The Ug).8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Restore The Biologically Active Surface And To Remove Damaged Plants And Plant New Plants In Consultation With The Environmental Protection Department Of The Michałowice Commune Office At His Own Expense.9.
