1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Public Collective Transport Services In The Bielice Commune, Including Transport And Pick-Up Of Students From The Bielice Commune To The Primary School In Bielice. John Paul Ii, Including Students Of The Kindergarten Department Operating At The School, On The Basis Of Monthly Tickets, Along With Providing Care During Transport. 2) Transport Will Take Place On School Days From January 1, 2026 To June 30, 2026. The Ordering Party Declares The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets In Each Calendar Month Of The Contract For 169 Students. In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 433 Point 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum (Guaranteed) Number Of Tickets Purchased Per Month May Be Reduced, But Not By More Than 30%. 3) The Contractor Must Ensure That Students Are Cared For During Transport By Appropriate Persons Other Than The Driver. The Number Of Tutors Should Be Adjusted To The Number Of Courses, So That At Least One Tutor Is Present In Each Course.
