Brief Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Thermoluminescent/Optically Stimulated Luminescence (Tl/Osl) Reader With The Radioluminescence (Rl) Mode. Radioluminescence (Rl) Together With Assembly. The Order Is Financed By The Project Construction Of The Laboratory For The Application Of Artificial Intelligence In Imaging Diagnostics No. Fesl.01.01-Iz.01-0736/23 Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027, Priority 1 European Funds For Smart Development Measure 1.1 R&D - Organizations Research. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In This Specification Of Terms Of Order (Swz) Together With The Annexes. The Scope Of The Contractors Services Includes: A) Delivery And Installation Of A Thermoluminescent/Optically Stimulated Luminescence (Tl/Osl) Reader With A Radioluminescence (Rl) Mode; B) Conducting On-Site Instruction In The Operation And Ongoing Maintenance Of Built-In, Installed Systems And Devices, Adapted To The Operational Requirements And Warranty Conditions Of A Given Manufacturer Of Installations, Systems, Devices So That The End User Can Safely Start Operating Them Independently And Has Knowledge About The Necessary Maintenance, Upkeep And Configuration As Well As Compliance With The Warranty Conditions; C) Handing Over The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Brand New, Without Previous Use, Not Post-Exposure, Free From Quantitative And Qualitative Defects, With Technical Parameters Indicated In Annex 3 To The Terms Of Reference And Perform All Activities Specified Therein Attached. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 24 Months From The Date Of Handing Over The Subject Of The Contract, Confirmed By The No Comments Delivery And Acceptance Protocol.
