1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Courtyard At Ul. Małopolska 15 In Szczecin. Renovation By Industry Will Consist Of: 1.1 General Construction And Construction Works: A) Demolition Works Consisting In The Demolition Of The Existing Layers Of The Courtyard Along With The Ceiling Above The Basements, B) Construction Of A New Ceiling Over The Basement In The Courtyard Zone, In The Form Of A Ceiling Slab Under The Courtyard With A Load-Bearing Capacity Of At Least 10 Kn/M2; C) Construction Of New Substructures (Walls And Columns) To Support The New Ceiling Above The Basement; D) Construction Of New Horizontal And Vertical Damp-Proof Insulation; E) Construction Of A New Surface Made Of Phase-Free Concrete Cubes With A Thickness Of Min. 8 Cm In The Courtyard With Slopes To The Heated Rainwater Drainage Inlets, A Total Of 5 Parking Spaces In The Courtyard; F) As Part Of The Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Courtyard, The Existing Power Generators Should Be Temporarily Moved, I.E. The Devices Should Be Temporarily Turned Off, Dismantled, Moved By Crane To A New Place - A Neighboring Plot, Connected And Put Into Operation For The Duration Of The Construction; After Completion Of The Works, The Activities Should Be Repeated - Install And Start The Units In Their Current Location In The Courtyard On A Prepared Pedestal; G) Build An Openwork Fence Around The Devices With A Height Of At Least 1.5 M With A Gate With A Width Of At Least 1.0 M.1.2 Electrical Installationsa) Construction Of A New Electrical Installation From The Existing Measuring System Located In The Building; B) Construction Of A New Internal Electrical, Lighting And Heating Installation For Rainwater Inlets In The Ip64 System - 7 Pcs Of Inlets. 1.3 Sanitary Installationa) Replacement Of The Internal Stormwater Drainage System Under The Courtyard In A Pressure System;B) Replacement Of The Existing Internal Stormwater Drainage Channels In The Building With A Length Of Up To 12 Meters In The Basement Level;C) Construction Of 7 Rainwater Inlets In Designated Places In The Courtyard; Connecting Them To The Electrical Installation And Making Them Heated; D) If Necessary, Replace The Existing Rainwater Pipes In The Basement; E) Provide Gravity Exhaust Ventilation In All Rooms Of The Basement And Lead Them Outside Through Brick Ducts.
