Task No. 1 - Plant/Installation Of Eko-Region Sp. Z O.O. In Bełchatów 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision By The Contractor Of Snow Removal Services From Roofs Of Facilities With A Total Total Area Of ​​Approximately 1,050 M2, I.E.: Tent Hall No. 1 Jupiter (Approx. 630 M2) And Tent Hall No. 2 (Approx. 420 M)², Located On The Premises Of The Plant/Installation Of Eko-Region Sp. Z O.O. In Bełchatów At Ul. Przemysłowa 14 And 16.2. The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point No. 1 Is To Be Performed In Such A Way That The Roof Surfaces Of The Facilities Are Free From Snow, Icicles And Snow Overhangs.3. The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point No. 1 Is To Be Implemented For A Period Of 4 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, In A Way That Ensures Safe Operation Of The Facilities After The Roof Snow Removal Service Has Been Performed.4. The Ordering Party Assumes That The Service Referred To In Point No. 1 Will Be Performed Three Times During The Term Of The Contract. During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract Regarding The Subject Order, The Execution Of The Order Will Depend On The Occurrence Of Snowfall. Therefore, The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee That The Contractor Will Receive An Order To Perform The Service Under The Contract. However, It Guarantees Payment Of Remuneration For Readiness To Perform The Snow Removal Service Referred To In §6 Section 2 Contracts. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims If, During The Term Of The Contract, It Turns Out That The Number Of Snow Removal Services Provided From Roofs Of Facilities Will Be Lower Than Assumed In This Section Or Will Not Occur At All.5. As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Materials, Resources And Appropriate Equipment To Perform The Subject Of The Contract.6. The Snow Removal Service Will Be Provided By The Contractor Upon Request, At The Facilities Indicated By The Ordering Party (The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility That The Snow Removal Service May Not Apply To All Facilities Indicated In Point No. 1).7. Each Time After The Snow Removal Service Has Been Performed, The Parties To The Contract Will Indicate The Number Of Square Meters Of Snow Cleared Area For Each Facility In The Protocol Confirming The Service (The Template Is Attached As Appendix 4 To The Contract).8. The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Remain Ready To Provide The Service And Start Snow Removal Services On Request From The Roof Slopes Of The Facilities Indicated By The Ordering Party Within No More Than 2 Hours From The Moment The Ordering Party Reports The Need For Such A Service. Reports Will Be Made By Telephone And By E-Mail As Indicated In § 15 Section 1 Of The Agreement, By The Persons Indicated In Annex 1 To The Agreement. In The Event Of A Direct Threat To Human Life Or Health, Or A Threat Of A Construction Disaster, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Demand From The Contractor, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Cl
