The Order Covers The Renovation Of District Road No. 1510 O On The Section Niemodlin – Szydłowiec Śląski. The Planned Renovation Is To Be Carried Out On Sections 5 And 6 (Section 5 - Km 1+132 - 1+478, Section 6 - Km 1+478 - 2+918). 1. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: - Provide A Detailed Cost Estimate And A Material And Financial Schedule Of Works Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Above Conditions Condition The Transfer Of The Construction Site To The Contractor; - Development Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, - Development Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project (Including Its Approval), - Provision Of Surveying Services Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task, - Implementation And Maintenance Of Marking During The Works And Its Demolition After Completion Of The Works, - Organization, Maintenance And Liquidation Of The Facilities And The Construction Site; - Ensuring Safe Crossing Of Pedestrians Through The Work Site, - Other Works Resulting From Industry Agreements And Implementation Conditions As Well As From Technical And Technical Specifications Project; - Possible: Execution Of Works In Consultation With Or Under The Supervision Of Network Managers, - Preparation Of Photographic Documentation Of The Progress Of Works (1 Copy Of Cds, Provided With As-Built Documentation), The Cost Of The Above Works Will Be Charged To The Contractor.
